Mold Damage Letters
I recently used your company for water and mold removal from
my residence. The process took some time as a result of asbestos
that had to be removed, air samples taken and analysis made. I
realize that Restoration Management had no say in the time it
took for the hygienist to complete their portion of the process. In
regards to Restoration Management's job, the supervisor was
quick in responding to calls and had the crews on the job when
promised. The work performed was done quickly and there was

Dear Mr. Takata
Recently we suffered a major water problem in our home -
in the middle of the night nonetheless! As a property
manager for 23 years, I am used to people calling me with
their emergencies, but I have rarely been in the position of
having to call someone else for help. Somewhere along the
line, I came to have in my possession some note pads and
pens from your company. When I called Venderbilt
Construction and they referred me to your company, I felt
relieved because I had known that you had been helpful to
other homeowners who had used your services.
Needless to say, I was very concerned and upset with what
was happening. When the crew arrived at 2 a.m in the
morning, I had not idea what would happen next. Over the
next 6 days I had the opportunity to meet some of the
most patient, caring and professional people that I could
have imagined. They explained everything to us on each
visit and helped us to understand why some of the steps
that were taken had to be done.
I would like you to know how much our family has
appreciated the assistance of the various people who came
to help us. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the names of
any of these fine folks, save for Liz. They helped us take
care of the damage and mitigate any subsequent damage
by making sure everything was dried out and tended to.
When it came time to deal with the asbestos issue, they
referred us (and our insurance claims adjustor) to a
company who could help us and got everything taken care
of within 10 days of the accident.
With all of the negative attitudes in the world today, I felt it
was time to acknowledge a job well done! We want you to
know how much we appreciated the professional
assistance!!

This email is to formally thank and recommend your
company, Restoration Management, for the work
performed at Stanford University. They give service
"beyond the call of duty."
I am a Zone Manager for the University. In my position, I
manage over 45 buildings on the academic campus. I have
utilized your company for four lean-up operations in less
than one month! Stanford had a fire on the Memorial Day
weekend. We called Restoration Management at
approximately 5 am and by 6 am, the supervisor Jon
Takata was on scene and by 6:30 am, a crew of over 15
technicians, equipped for smoke and fire restoration drove
up to the scene. Mr. Takata was very helpful with advice
and guidance for what steps needed to be done and put his
team to work. I was amazed at the number and high level
professionalism of the technicians he had available in the
early morning hours of a three-day weekend. It made a
very difficult time much easier to deal with.
The next major disaster was a sewer link back up into a
suite of offices. Again, on a weekend, Restoration
Management came within the stated one-hour call back
time and assessed the situation. With their help we
determined that the important activities of the office could
continue while Restoration Management worked to disinfect,
pull out wet rugs and materials as well as dispose of the
contaminated items. The supervisor, Victor Sanchez, was
exceptional, and was in constant communication with
several Stanford departments to determine the course of
action that was needed. Mr. Sanchez and his team of
technicians worked late into the night that week to get the
offices back to normal operation. Because of the nature of
the disaster, he had to monitor the quality of service and
really listen to the concerns of the staff working here.
I highly recommend Restoration Management. Stanford
Facilities Operations has now added the 24-hour pone
number to our Duty Manager Manual as well as to the call
back documentation for Stanford dispatch. I also have the
number in my wallet, so no matter where I am, if there is a
disaster in my area, I know who to call to get sound advice
and the manpower to put the plan into action.
